Drivers Under 18 

*Must have a permit for 1 year and 1 day
*Must complete a state approved 30 hr Joshua's law class (we have this)
*Must have a parent or guardian affirm that they have had 40 hours or driving practice and 6 of those were at night. (if not doing 6 hrs with a school a 40hr log must be provided)
*Provide ADAP certificate (usually done in heath class between 7th and 9th grade) Student can also take this class online for free here/
*Provide proof of attendance.
*Pass the road test! CLICK HERE The road test is free of charge at any DMV in the state of Georgia.

*Sign an affidavit affirming that you have completed 40 hours of supervised road driving which includes 6 hours of night driving. 
*Be accompanied by a licensed driver 21 years of age or older. 
*Pass written test for permit.
